The Canadian Olympic Trials are coming to Calgary in June 2012 and while our national track stars contend for a place on Canada's Olympic team, your team has a chance to go for gold in the Calgary Multisport FIELDHOUSE RELAYS.
This is a sprint relay - 4 x 100m. Enter a team of three and we'll provide a celebrity anchor; or if you prefer enter a team of four. There will be awards for the top:
- men's team
- women's team
- mixed team
- media team
Every team member will take home a swag bag full of goodies AND enjoy a post-race reception in the VIP tent. Then you're invited to stick around and watch our Olympians as they put the finishing touches on their preparations for London and the 2012 Olympic Games. You especially don't want to miss the Men's 100m final featuring Calgary's own Sam Effah.
All proceeds from the Relays will go to help support the building of a much-needed multisport fieldhouse for Calgary.
