Sam Effah is in the news frequently these days - and with good reason. Calgary's sprint star has established himself as the man to beat in Canada this year with a national-best, 10.22 clocking in the 100m. That's fast enough to to earn him a spot on Canada's Commonwealth Games team and it's good news for the Calgary Multisport Fieldhouse Society (CMFS) because Effah is a strong supporter of the fieldhouse project.
He was recently interviewed on City TVs Breakfast Television show and he took the opportunity to talk about the need for a multisport fieldhouse in Calgary. See the show here. (Click on the right arrow to find The Race is on at BT , click on the video and wait for the commercial to finish playing.)
